Occasionally, we’re asked for directions to The Belfield Bowl. So here are fairly comprehensive directions.

Public Transport
The 10, 11B, 17, 45 and 46A buses go to Belfield and Sydney Parade DART Station is about 2 km away.
The 45 and 46A stop at the Stillorgan entrance, see 'Driving From the South' directions below.
The 11B stops on campus about 100m from the ground. Pass the tennis courts, car park and 5-a-side pitches on your left and the National Hockey Stadium on your right. The Bowl is just to your right.
The 10 and 17 stop on campus, follow the main concourse through the college and, at the tennis courts, you'll reach the 11B stop, follow the directions just above.
From Sydney Parade DART station, exit onto Sydney Avenue and keep right at the fork onto Ailesbury Road. Turn left at the crossroads onto Merrion Road. After about 200m (at St Vincent's Hospital), turn left onto Nutley Lane. Follow this road for a kilometre or so, through the dual carriageway onto Greenfield Park. At the end of this road, turn left through the pedestrian gates and you're at the ground. Parking will probably not be allowed here though so if you're driving, park in the college.

Driving From the South
Follow the N11 North to the Belfield flyover at the Montrose Hotel. Exit the dual carriageway to the left and park in the car park to the right. Follow the path from the far corner of the car park which will bring you to the Health Science building. The ground is on the opposite side of that.
If you want to park nearer the ground, turn left onto Foster's Avenue (opposite the Radisson Hotel). This is before the Belfield flyover. Turn right onto Roebuck Road. After about a kilometre, turn right again at the T-junction. The Clonskeagh entrance to Belfield is signposted a short distance further on. Park in the car park on the left straight after the tennis courts.
Driving From the North
Make your way to Donnybrook and follow the dual carriageway South to the Belfield flyover soon after passing RTE and follow the 'Driving From the South' directions.
To park nearer the ground, turn right just after Donnybrook rugby grounds onto Eglinton Road. At the crossroads, turn left onto Clonskeagh Road. About 1.5km further on, the Clonskeagh entrance will be signposted to the left, again follow the 'Driving From the South' directions.
Driving From the West
Follow the M50 to the Dun Laoghaire exit and follow Leopardstown Road to a roundabout, take the second exit onto Brewery Road and follow this to the N11, Stillorgan Road, turn left on to this and follow the 'Driving From the South' directions.

You can find the ground on Google Earth or on the google map on the directions page. We'll also have a map of the UCD campus showing the ground in the near future. In the meantime, it's rectangle number 10 on this map.

UCD NewsUCD News is the UCD FC Supporters’ Club Newsletter. It is published approximately semi-monthly, and contains player profiles, fixtures, interview, news and reviews. Oh, and a map showing where Belfield Park is. We’ll have to change that shortly. Most back issues are available for download.
